This Makita impact wrench kit includes a 18 Volt mid-torque impact wrench with friction ring anvil, a DC18RC 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion rapid optimum charger, two BL1850B 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion 5.0 Amp-hour battery and a tool bag. The 4-speed impact wrench with 1/2 Inch square drive, is perfect for automotive, installation, fabrication trades and many more. It is precisely designed to provide increased run time, power as well as speed control for unmatched performance. This wrench has a Makita-built brushless motor, which offers 520 ft-lb of fastening torque and 740 ft-lb of nut-busting torque. User can achieve precise fastening control through the 4-speed power selection switch that is 0 to 500/0 to 1200/0 to 1900/0 to 2200 RPM and 0 to 1000/0 to 1700/0 to 2400/0 to 2700 IPM for a wide range of applications. This electronically-controlled BL™ brushless motor efficiently uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of the application. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Wrench has built-in LED light with an independent On/Off switch illuminates the work area. The rapid optimum charger effectively communicates with the battery’s built-in chip throughout the charging process to optimize battery life by actively controlling current, voltage and temperature.
