The Makita 1 Inch AVT rotary hammer is powered by a 8 Amp motor that delivers up to 2.1 ft-lb impact energy that makes it suitable for overhead drilling. Anti-Vibration Technology has an internal counterbalance system that reduces vibration to great extent. The ergonomically designed D-shaped handle is provided with soft grip so that the user can work for long duration without any fatigue. The 3-mode switch allows for fast mode change between rotation only and hammering with rotation or “Chipping” suits multiple applications. Torque limiting clutch is designed to minimize gear damage by automatically disengaging gears if bit binds. The 40 bit angle settings allow bit to be set at different positions based on the application requirement. Recessed hammer function selector is located below gear housing for enhanced durability. The variable speed trigger allows user to match the speed to the application. This hammer is perfect for masons, remodelers, electricians, maintenance crews and general contractors. Integrated damper spring at the base of the impact bolt is designed to absorb impact vibrations from the drill bit. It includes 4-1/2 Inch angle grinder, side handle, depth gauge and tool case.
