It is precisely designed to provide increased run time, power as well as speed control for unmatched performance. This wrench has a Makita-built brushless motor, which offers 780 ft-lb of fastening torque and 1250 ft-lb of break-away torque. User can achieve precise fastening control through the 3-speed power selection switch that is 0-900/0-1000/0-1800 RPM and 0-1800/0-2000/0-2200 IPM. This electronically-controlled BL™ brushless motor efficiently uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of the application. It features easy to operate forward/reverse switch and electric brake for maximum productivity. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Wrench has built-in LED light with an independent On/Off switch to illuminate the work area. The rapid optimum charger effectively communicates with the battery’s built-in chip throughout the charging process to optimize battery life by actively controlling current, voltage and temperature.
