The Makita LXT® Cordless Self-Propelled Commercial Lawn Mower produces zero emissions, lower noise, and reduced maintenance. The lawn mower uses two 18 Volt LXT® batteries for continuous operation and the 4-bay battery system holds four batteries for twice the run time. It is equipped with a Makita built motor to deliver up to 2800 RPM for faster cutting. The quiet mode setting aids in minimizing noise by offering constant speed control at 2300 RPM. It is packed with ease-of-use features like quick height adjustments, mulching capability, and a commercial-grade steel deck for increased convenience. This 3-in-1 designed mower is great for mulching, bagging, or side discharge applications. The mower features Makita Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™), a protective seal inside the tool to safeguard tools from water and dust. This XPT™ technology is engineered for improved operation in harsh conditions by channeling water and dust from key internal components. This 18 Volt battery assures the fastest charge time while ensuring that users get back to the task-at-hand quicker. This mower features Star Protection Computer Controls™ communication technology, which facilitates tool and battery to exchange data in real time. The Star Protection technology also monitors conditions while in use to safeguard against overloading, over discharging, and overheating. The mower’s rubberized soft grip handle bar assures increased comfort. A single lever allows the user to adjust cutting height from 1-1/4″ to 4″ quickly. The lawn mower includes a 21″ lawn mower blade (191D52-7), mulching plug (127516-1), grass catcher bag that holds up to 2 bushels of grass (127504-8), 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion dual port charger (DC18RD), four 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion 5.0 Ah batteries (BL1850B) and a side discharge chute (459887-1).
