It is precisely designed to provide increased run time, power as well as speed control for unmatched performance. This wrench has a Makita-built brushless motor, which offers 520 ft-lb of fastening torque and 740 ft-lb of nut-busting torque. User can achieve precise fastening control through the 4-speed power selection switch that is 0 to 500/0 to 1200/0 to 1900/0 to 2200 RPM and 0 to 1000/0 to 1700/0 to 2400/0 to 2700 IPM for a wide range of applications. This electronically-controlled BL™ brushless motor efficiently uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of the application. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Wrench has built-in LED light with an independent On/Off switch illuminates the work area. Wrench offers 3 forward and 3 reverse auto-stop modes for enhanced performance. The Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) provides improved dust and water resistance for tool to operate in harsh conditions.
